What does a year of coaching include?+
Regular 1:1 video sessions across the year, plus space between calls to reflect and act. We'll agree on cadence in our first session.
Is this therapy?+
No. Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. It complements therapy but does not replace clinical care.
How is the consultation conducted?+
Sessions are held over a private 1:1 video call at a time that works for you. You'll receive a secure link before the call.
How long is a typical session?+
Most sessions run 45–60 minutes, with time at the end for your questions.
Is everything I share kept confidential?+
Yes. Every conversation is completely private and never shared. This is your space.
