- Your name, email and phone number when you book a consultation.
- Birth details (date, time, place) for astrology readings.
- Photos of your palms voluntarily shared for palmistry.
- Notes you share during a session, kept only to support follow-ups.

Your information is used to prepare and deliver your consultation, to communicate with you about your bookings, and to follow up if you request it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Everything you share in a session is treated as confidential. Session content is never shared, published or used as an example without your explicit written consent.

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by Astrometry. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect it from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
6. Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party services for video calls, scheduling and messaging (for example WhatsApp). Your interactions on those platforms are also subject to their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing astrometry.in@gmail.com.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
