1. Licence purchase and ownership
The ₹11,000 payment purchases one non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence for the installable DIY Vastu browser app. The licence belongs to the named person whose verified Astrometry account completes the purchase and may not be resold, shared, rented or assigned.
2. Permitted use
The named licence holder may use the software for personal work and client reports. The software, rules, source files and bundled content may not be copied, extracted, republished, reverse engineered, sublicensed, hosted for others or used to create a competing product.
3. One active installation
One browser installation may be active at a time. Activation creates a signed licence bound to a private key in that browser profile. You may release it and activate another after the 24-hour transfer interval.
4. Offline operation
After a complete online load and activation, cached calculations, report creation and PDF generation run locally. Internet is required for purchase, activation, transfers and updates. A refunded, revoked or transferred licence may not continue to be used offline.
5. Lifetime access and updates
“Lifetime” means the licence does not expire while Astrometry continues to provide a compatible DIY Vastu browser edition. Compatible future browser-app versions are included without another licence fee.
6. Local data and recovery
The installation key, licence, plans and working data stay in the selected browser profile. Clearing site data, private browsing, resetting the browser or losing that profile can remove offline access and local work. You are responsible for exported backups.
7. Refunds
Refunds may be requested within seven calendar days of purchase only before any installation is activated. Once activation is issued, the purchase is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Professional responsibility
The software follows Astrometry’s supplied Vastu rules for interpretive and educational use. You remain responsible for inputs, reports and how recommendations are used or communicated.
9. Suspension
Astrometry may revoke a licence for payment reversal, fraud, account compromise, prohibited sharing, tampering, redistribution or material breach of these terms.
